STAPLE PRODUCTS

In the previous ๐Ÿ— I mentioned that there have to be some products on your shelf at home no matter your hair porosity and in consideration too yeah ๐Ÿ˜„
So I'll not beat about the bush
There are seven basic products. Many huh but trust you'll be wanting more when you are totally in love with your hair ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‚
So first is
Shampoo
Yes, most basic and important. It is used for cleansing the hair thoroughly. This is done to remove the unwanted buildup in the hair. They can come from natural extracts or a combination of chemical formulae and natural extracts but just make sure they are free from sulphate. No good for natural hair❌

Conditioner
This hair product follows the use of shampoo. It is proven that it improves the appearance and texture of hair. That is, because they contain moisturizers, oils, sunscreen and other essential ingredients.

Leave-in Conditioner
This is also a product that is applied after washing and patting the hair dry but not totally dry ๐Ÿ˜จ.
It is left in the hair until the next washing. Leave-in conditioners serve dual purposes, that is, detangler and adds moisture to dry hair.

Hair Butter
Hair butter is a blend of organic oils and unrefined butters that act as sealers(refer to 4th ๐Ÿ—)to protect hair from dryness and breakage. It is applied after leave-in and styled. It can be used on both wet and dry hair often but not too much to prevent product build-up.
Examples of such blends are Shea butter and coconut oil and shea&cocoa butter mixed to castor oil.

Masque
This is a deep conditioning treatment and is applied once every two weeks to increase moisture, breakage and frizz. It is spread all over hair from root to tip for most at times 30 minutes or less if a considerable amount of heat is applied followed by normal washing.

Edge control
Nobody wants a messy edge. Hair poking here and there making the whole hair do look bad ๐Ÿ˜•. The edges control comes in to hold those stray hairs down. It slicks and  holds down the edges whiles adding shine and moisture.

Finally
Oils
Oils have so much benefits. If I'm to talk about it I'll need two or more sessions ๐Ÿ˜. Each oil has the benefits it brings and which is perfect for your hair porosity (refer to 3rd ๐Ÿ—). Organic oils are the best ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝand come mostly from plants. Examples are baobab, coconut, castor, olive, almond, Shea, just to mention a few. But the basic benefits than can be derived is detangling benefit, heat protection and hair booster.
Of course I haven't stated all of them but I will, one day๐Ÿค”.

Once again, thank you for reading and benefiting. I'm not supposed to thank for that but I did anyway ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
Next is the accompaniment to these products.
Their accessories. So keep eager as always, I hope๐Ÿคž๐Ÿฝ
